The short film of “A Hollywood Love Story” is taken from the opening pages of the feature script. We are introduced to the leads: Sean O'Shaun, a struggling playwright, who wants to tell a meaningful story about the Irish Potato Famine, and Maddy McGillicutty, his leading lady who is torn between starring in his play and jetting off to Hollywood for fortune and fame.
